Witness states soldier was killed on the above date. He saw soldier lying in "No man's land" and on discovering him to be dead, took his disk from the body and handed it in. He knew soldier very well, and is positive it was soldier as he had been in the 8th and 60th Btn with him. Description 5ft 7", dark complexion, medium build.
