Private Thomas Joseph Darcy,
(wounded) is the eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. J. Darcy, of Moonee Ponds, and is 23 years of age. He was educated at the Christian Brothers' school, and for several years was in the Senior Cadets. He was a member of the Ascot Vale Football Club, and when he enlisted the club presented him with a wristlet watch. He was also a member of the Ascot Vale Cricket Club. He was employed at Henry Berry and Co.'s when he enlisted.

Private Thomas Joseph Darcy (wounded) is the eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. J. Darcy, 64 Maribyrnong road, Moonee Ponds, late of H M. Customs, Port Melbourne. He was in the Senior Cadets for a number of years, and was employed at the Power House, Mt. Alexander road, for 4 years. He was a prominent athlete, being a member of the Ascot Vale Football and Cricket Clubs.
