Dear Harry,

I just received your nice long letter & was very pleased to hear from you but was sorry to hear you had been in hospital. I sincerely hope that by the time you receive this short letter that you will be allright again. Wally as just been in & I showed him your letter & I told him I was replying right away & he told me to remember him to you. Your two brothers were in last Friday night, the night before they went away & I must say they looked smart in uniform. Mick Whyte, Alec Bruce1, Perce Payne & Jim Connors also went away last Saturday & Len Tyzack2 has been up the Camp for about 3 weeks. You remember Sergt Murphy who was over your tent when you just went up to the Camp he used to often call in & see me...............

Henry Wright used the blank side of this page to write home to his brother, Les, such was the shortage of paper on Gallipoli.
