Stanley Quinn, the eldest son of the Flemington trainer,

C. Quinn, was one of the first to leave Melbourne on active

service, and he has been always in the fighting line ever

since in Gallipoli and France. His other brother, Fred, had

for a considerable time been desirous of following him,

and he duly enlisted last week. Good luck to them.
