In Memoriam

BLYTH — Killed in action 4th October.

Corporal George E. M. Blyth, Engineers,

dearly beloved husband of Lena, and

fond loving father of Stephen, George

and Ernest, after two and a half years'

active service, of Rankin-road, Kensington.

Far away in yon great battle field

My beloved husband lay;

A husband hard in this world his equal to find,

A father loving, true and kind.

How we longed for his home coming.

And his little sons would say, Muma, when is dada coming

From the big war home again.

Behind all shadows standeth God.

—Inserted by his sorrowing and broken hearted

wife Lena, and his little sons, Stephen, George and

Ernest.

BLYTH - Officially reported killed in action 4th

October, George, dearly loved husband of Lena,

and loving father of Stephen, George and Ernest,

of 110 Rankin road, Kensington.

Oh, for the clasp of a vanished hand.

And the sound of a voice that is still.

BLYTH - Killed In Action, Cpl. George, dearly loved

brother of Fred, and loving uncle of Leslie (on

active service) Evelyn, Bella, Bert and Frank, 34
