Born 20th January 1892.

Enlisted in November 1914, with the 23rd Battalion of Infantry.

He fought at Gallipoli and in France, the chief of his engagements being -

Lone Pine, Hill 60, and Pozieres.  Whilst fighting in France he received gun

shot wounds in head, back and arm.  After the war he took up sheep-farming".

 

Alice Falconer was listed in the 1903 Electoral Roll at 21 Chaucer St, Moonee Ponds.
