R. Harper, City Electrical Engineer, Town Hall, Melbourne, 2 Oct 1916; rough notes; press cuttings; telegrams, miscellaneous printed ephemera. The diary volume covering 4 Jan. -7 Sept. 1917 also contains photographs.
