GOLF NORTHERN CLUB.

Associates and members met at the golf club on Saturday afternoon to bid farewell to Mrs. and Miss Murrell, who are leaving for England almost immediately to take up Red Cross work, and where Mrs. Murrell hopes to join her son, Lieut. L. Murrell. Mr. J. P. Rhoden, in wishing the ladies bon voyage on behalf of members, mentioned that Mrs. Murrell was the president of the associates of the club, and had been a member for many years. She had already lost one son at the front. Mr. J. S. Milford supported his remarks, and Mr. A. Armour replied on behalf of the ladies.
