TT is hereby notified, for public information, that, as the undermentioned persons, who were appointed Commissioners for Declarations under the above Act on the dates specified in the Second Column of the Schedule hereunder, have ceased to hold the offices specified opposite their respective names in the Third Column of the said Schedule, their appointments as Commissioners as aforesaid have, this day been determined by me.

Treyvaud spent some period of his home service with the Australian Army Pay Corps as a Staff-Sergeant.  He was later appointed to the Isolation Camp at Ascot Vale.
