Frank was originally buried in an isolated grave near the bottom of Victoria Gully, re-interred in a cemetery called Brown's Dip, but again moved to Lone Pine Cemetery.

Private Frank Trickey
(wounded) is the eldest son of the late Mr E Trickey, and grandson of Mr. C. Trickey, tailor, Portland. Prior to enlisting he was living with his uncle at Kensington. He is 21 years of age.

TRICKEY. — Killed in action at the landing at
the Dardanelles on the 25th April, 1915, Frank,
dearly loved nephew of A. E. and M. J. Trickey,
and cousin of Bert., Ernie, Lavinia, Lily, Charles,
Maud, Stanley, Doris and Mrs. Lodge, and brother
of Lily, Kensington.
Thou art gone to the grave, but we will not deplore thee
Whose God was thy ransom, thy guardian and
guide;
He gave thee, He took thee, and He will restore
thee,
And death has no sting, for the Saviour has died,
—Inserted by bis loving uncle, aunt and cousins,
Kensington.
