NOTE:  AWJ Hughes enlisted in Western Australia in 1914, giving his NOK as his father, W J Hughes of Moonee Ponds. By the time the 1914 Electoral Roll was created, Hughes' parents had moved to Elsternwick.  In the 1909 Electoral Roll they had been enrolled at 18 Hudson Street, Moonee Ponds,
