Edmund Mace married Gwendoline Howard in Wiltshire in 22 Apr 1919.  On the marriage certificate, included in his B2455 record, Mace states that his father was John Mace, of Victoria, wharf labourer.    The 1914 Electoral Roll shows that a John and Amelia Mace resided at 77 Roseberry St, Ascot Vale.
