Driver T., Nelson, sen., of Kensington, who has been invalided home from the front, is now on a visit to his son, Fireman Nelson, of Donald. Driver Nelson not only volunteered for service himself, but five sons also enlisted. Of these Pte. T. Nelson has been partially paralysed, and is now on his way to England for special treatment, while Lieut. C. Nelson* is on the sick list, suffering from rheumatic fever. Cpl S Nelson is in camp in Egypt, while another son is in camp at Broadmeadows, and the fifth son goes into camp in three weeks' time. Truly this is a splendid record for one family.

* Carlyle Nelson rose to the rank of Sergeant, but doesn't appear to have been a Lieutenant. He did suffer from rheumatic fever.
