VILLERS-BRETONNEUX MEMORIAL

 

Mrs. M. Harrington, of 48 Ngarveno st., Moonee Ponds, has received word that her son. Lieut. A. Harrington, is in hospital in England, suffering from severe gun shot wounds. It is 12 months since he left Australia, having seen active service in Egypt previous to going to France. A younger brother, Gunner J. Harrington, is also in the firing line. Mrs Harring ton's brother, Sgt. L. Noonan, has been killed in action in France.
