Private L. Stewart, son of Mrs. J. Stewart, late of Kensington, was severely wounded on May 16, and had his right leg amputated. He was previously on a boat when it was torpedoed. His younger brother, Dave, lately with the Veterinary Corps, was recently discharged, having met with all accident that incapacitated him from service.
