Additional Information:  (Served as MATTHEWS). Son of the Rev. William Teesdale Mackintosh and Mrs. Ethel Lawrence Mackintosh, of 19, Davigdor Rd., Hove, Sussex. On outbreak of war enlisted with the 1st Australian Contingent; was wounded at Gallipoli on 25th April, 1915.
