A two page letter written by 2035 Private William (Bill) Stenning, 7 Battalion, to his sister Mary Jane Stenning, on 15 October 1915 from Sarpi in the Dardanelles. The letter describes the violence of the Battle of Lone Pine and the terrible wounds inflicted on the men. PR05418
