I am writing to inform you of change of address of Pte George Hart 1561, 3rd Reinforcements, C Coy, 7th Battalion, 2nd Inf Brigade; also Pte Bert Gilder [1550] of the same & Sgt George Andrews 1503 [59th Btn], he was in the same & was Cpl but has been made Sgt & has been transferred to B Coy, 15th Battalion, 15th Brigade.

Our late address was 37 Clarinda Rd, Essendon, which was the adress (sic) they gave last.
Your faithfully,
E Pike

The Army responded that as Pike was not recorded as NOK, no notation about a change of address would be made.
