HARMAN, E W  Pte, "D" Coy, 21st Batt; s of William and Emma L Harman, 38 Robinson St, Moonee Ponds (late of 36 Osborne St, S Yarra); b at Carlton, April 19 1890; educ Malvern Rd S; preserver; enl Melbourne July 17 1917.  War service:  Egypt; France.  Pte Harman fell on Aug 26, 1916, at Moquet Farm.  He had experienced several narrow excapes previously.
